In the Name of God Amen I Henry Parnham of Hose in the County of Leicester Blacksmith being in health of body and of Sound and perfect mind and Understanding do make and Ordain this my last will and testament in manner and forme following (that is to say)
Imprimis I give and bequeath my Soul into the hands of almighty God and my body to the earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executor herein after named and as for my worldly Estate Dispose of the same as followeth
Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Stokes Ten Pounds
Item I give and bequeath to my youngest daughter Anne Parnham the Sum of one hundred and fourty Pounds in money and fiveteen in household goods
Item I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Anne Stokes the Sum of five pounds in Money to be paid her at the Age of twenty one years
Item all the Rest of my Goods & Chattles Cattles and personal Estate whatsoever my debts Legacies and funeral Expences being first paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto my Son John Parnham whom I make and appoint Executor of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made declaring this to be my last Will and testament
In Wittness whereof I the said Henry Parnham the Testator have to this my last Will and testament set my hand and Seale this fiveteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Twenty six
