The fore and twentie of November 1636
I Richard Porter of Eastwell in the Countie of Leacester labourer beinge sike in bodye but yet in perfect memmory and understanding have caused this my last will and Testament for the diposeing of my termperall goods as in maner & forme fooling
In the name of God Amen first I bequeth my Soule to all mightie god and unto Jesus Christ my Saviour and redeemer by hose merits I hope to be saved and my minde is that my bodie shall be buried in the Church yeard of Eastwell aforesaide
Imprimis first I give to my daughter Anne 3 pounds Six shillings eight pence to be payd when shee accomplisheth the age of one and twentie
Item I give more unto her haulfe the housalld Except tow coffers

And I apoint Robert Arnall to be gardiner for this my will
