The fore and twentie of November 1636

I Richard Porter of Eastwell in the Countie of Leacester labourer beinge sike in bodye but yet in perfect memmory and understanding have caused this my last will and Testament for the diposeing of my termperall goods as in maner & forme fooling

In the name of God Amen first I bequeth my Soule to all mightie god and unto Jesus Christ my Saviour and redeemer by hose merits I hope to be saved and my minde is that my bodie shall be buried in the Church yeard of Eastwell aforesaide

Imprimis first I give to my daughter Anne 3 pounds Six shillings eight pence to be payd when shee accomplisheth the age of one and twentie

Item I give more unto her haulfe the housalld Except tow coffers

Imprimis I give to my sonne John Three pound six shillings and eight pence to be payde when he doth accomplish the age of nineteene

Item I give to my sone John the Coffer that I bought of John Martinbye and one …

Imprimis I give to my sonne Richard three pound sixe shillings & eight pence to be payd when hee accomplish the age of one and twentie

Item I give to my sone Richard one … … and one litle Cofer

And all the rest of goods unbequeathed I give unto Millisent my well beloved wife home I make my full Executer of thes my temperall goods

And I apoint Robert Arnall to be gardiner for this my will
