In the name of god Amen I George Swane of Hose in the County of Leicester Servant Man the 16 day of March Anno domini 1759 do Make this my last will and testament In Manner following
Imprimis I will that my debts Legacys and funeral Charges be paid and discharged
Imprimis I Give to my Cousin George Swane Son of John Swane my half oxgang of land
I give to John Swane son of John Swane the sum of five Pounds
I give to John Smart Son of John Smart the sum of five pounds
I give to Mary Smart daughter of John Smart the sum of five pounds
I give to George Swane son of William Swane the sum of Five Pounds
I give to Joseph Swane the son of William Swane the Sum of five Pounds
I give to John Swane son of William Swane The sum of five Pounds
I give to Thomas Swane son of William Swane the sum of five Pounds
I give to Mary Swane Daughter of William Swane the sum of five Pounds
I give to William Swane son of William Swane my House and Homested lying at Claxton Whom I make Sole Executor of this my Last Will and testament Revoking All former Wills by me made
