This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Tuckwood of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester Farmer
I give devise and bequeath to Ann Tuckwood my dear Wife after payment of my funeral expences the expense of proving this my Will and all my just debts all and singular my personal property, household goods, books plate linen china furniture and utensils whatsoever in and belonging to my dwelling house to and for her own use and benefit
And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my dear wife the said Ann Tuckwood my Sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament
Also I nominate and appoint James Hall of Holwell in the County of Leicester Farmer my sole Trustee to give such advice and direction to the before Named Executrix in the management of her affairs as he shall at all times think proper
I also direct that William Tuckwood my Brother of Ab Kettleby at my decease receive a Suit of Mourning as a token of brotherly affection
And I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made, and do declare these presents to be and contain my last will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have to this my last will and Testament set and subscribed my hand and seal this second day of March in the Year of our Lord 1838

Ann Tuckwood of the Parish of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester Widow & Farmer the sole Executrix in this will named was duly sworn to the truth & faithful performance thereof as usual & that the goods chattels & credits of the deceased, without deducting any debts owing by him therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds (£100) & that the deceased died on the ninth day of January last past

On the 26th May 1845 Origl Will exhibited before the Rev Jemson Davies Clerk Master of Arts & Surrogate of the Commissary & Surrogate of the Commissary & Probate decreed to pass Seal to the above named Ann Tuckwood in the presence of
