This is the last Will and Testament of me George Warner of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Yeoman
I give and devise all that my Maltkiln with the Stable and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in Melton Mowbray in the said County of Leicester now in the occupation of William Adcock unto and to the use of my youngest Son William Warner of Number 10 Offard Street Islington Railway Clerk his heirs and assigns for ever and I give and bequeath all my household goods and furniture money and all other my personal Estate and Effects subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary [“expenses” missing] unto my said Son William Warner to and for his own use and benefit and I appoint him sole Executor of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this first day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty nine

Signed and declared by the said George Warner the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who present at the same time in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses to the due execution thereof

Proved at Leicester the fourth day of January 1872 by the Oath of William Warner Son of the deceased the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted
The Testator George Warner was late of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Yeoman and died on the fourth day of December 1871 at Nether Broughton aforesaid
