Richard White of Long Clawson 1702 Will and Inventory

Memorand that Richard White late of Claxton als Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Weaver deced Did att or About three or foure Days before his Death being the Twenty ninth day of November Anno Dni [tear] in his owne house Hee being then sicke of the sickness of Which hee dyed voluntarily and of his owne accord Make and declare his Last Will and Testament nuncupatively or by word of Mouth vizt
That hee Gave to his Daughter Elizabeth White forty pounds to be paid her when shee attain to the Age of One and twenty yeares And that hee Gave his son Richard White his Shopp and Loomes and all his Materialls belonging to the Weavers trade And all the Rest of his personall Estate Hee Gave to this wife Dorothy White Whome hee Declared should be Executrix of his Last Will
All which words was uttered and Spoken by the said Testator animo testandi freely and of his own accord who did then Bidd Thomas Hickling the Elder William Parker Abigall Parker and Thomas Hickling the Younger Take notice that what Hee had Spoken Was his Last will or words to the Like effect
All which words was Spoken and Declared in the presence of us whose Names are subscribed the Day and Year first Above written
