Edward Wright of Long Clawson 1807 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Wright of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Grazier

First I desire that all my just Debts Legacies Funeral and Testamentary Expences be fully paid

I Give and Devise All those my two Closes or Parcels of Ground inclosed situate lying and being in the Lordship of Hose in the said County of Leicester with their Appurtenances unto my Eldest Son Edward Wright his Heirs and Assigns for ever

And Whereas I am entitled in Fee simple to one undivided third part of a Messuage or Tenement and several Closes or Parcels of inclosed Ground containing together by Admeasurement Eighty one Acres three roods and twenty four perches situate standing lying and being in the Lordship of Quadring I the County of Lincoln devised to me in and by the last Will and Testament of Thomas Marsh late of Quadring aforesaid Grazier deceased Now I do by this my Will Give and Devise All my said one undivided third part of the Real Estate and premises so situate at Quadring aforesaid with their and every of their Appurtenances unto my affectionate Wife Jane Wright and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease then I Give and Devise the same and every part thereof unto my youngest Son William Wright and my four Daughters Mary the Wife of Thomas Giles, Sarah the Wife of John Eite, Elizabeth Wright and Dorothy the Wife of John Wiles, equally to be divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants and to their several and respective Heirs and Assigns for ever

All my Household Goods other Goods Stock Cattle Chattels rights credits ready money Securities for money and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be I Give and bequeath unto my said Wife her Executors and Administrators and I do nominate and appoint her Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said Edward Wright the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of May One thousand eight hundred and five
