In the name of god Amen I Thomas Kilby of Grimston in the County of Lester farmer being Sicke in boddy but in my perfect memmerie prased bee to god for itt doe ordaine this my last will & testament in manner & forme following
First I give & bequeave my Sole to allmighty God my maker and my boddy to be berried in the Church yearde of Grimston aforesaid
Item I give and bequeave unto my doater Elisebeth the wife of John Renouldes the som of ten poundes to be paide a yeare of my decease
Item I give and bequeave unto my douter Ane Kilby the Som of twelve poundes to be paide her on the day of her marridge or att the age of fore & twenty which shall first happen
Item I give and bequeave unto Thomas Kilby my sonn all my goodes & Cattel movable & unmovable of whom I make my sole excetter of this my last will & Testament my detes & funrall Charges being paide
Except one Set of white Cortanes fore peare of sheets one towel one Chest one Sheete belonging to the Cortaines for putter dishes & two blanckets one matteris one Coverlid for my douter An
