Memorandum that William Sheepey of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leic about a weeke next before Easter anno dni 1659 being weake in body but of perfect mind & memorie declared his will … or last will nuncupative in manner following vizt I (meaning himself the said William Sheepey) will give thee (speaking to & meaneing Joane his wife) that good that I have I thinke it is too litle but thou must be contented or words to the like effect in the presence of Richard Toone & James Harrison credible wittnesses

Bond, bound Joane Sheepey widow of Goadby Marwood, Robert Houghton labourer of Scalford and Richard Toone labourer of Scalford 3 October 1661, condition whereas William Sheepey of Goadby Marwood made his nuncupative will but otherwise intestate and no executor named, bound Joane Sheepey his relict to produce inventory and administer estate
