In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Spiby of Wartnaby in the County of Leicester Being in good health in Body and Sound in Mind and Memory and Understanding do hereby make publish and declair this to be my last Will and Testament in the Maner hereafter Named, that is to say
After All my just debts and funeral Expences shall be duly paid and Satisfied I do Give and bequeath unto My loving Wife Cathern Spiby All that Messuage and Tenement House Yard Garden And All the apurtinances there unto belonging situated in Wartnaby aforesaid in the said County of Leicester to have and to hold the same during her natural Life And Allso at her Disposal if she should be the longer liver, to Whom she shall think proper
And I do hereby Ordain Consitute and Appoint my said loving wife Catherine Spiby my whole and sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament to which I have here unto sett my Hand and Seal the 29th day of January 1798
