John Royall of Scalford 1721 Will

In the name of God Amen I John Royall of Scalford in the County of Leicester husbandman being sick of body but of perfect mind & memory (thanks be God) Doe make & ordain my Last Will & testament in manner following
Imprimis I give and devise to my Loving Wife Eleanor Royall and to her heirs & assignes for ever All that my Cottage or tenemt with the appurtenances and one Cow pasture thereto belonging scituate lying & being in Scalford aforesaid which I heretofore bought & purchase to my self & my heirs of & from Wm Palmer Dr in Physic & Mary his wife
Item All my Goods Cattle Chattles & personal Estate of what kind soever I give & bequeath to my said Loving wife and doe hereby make and constitute her full & sole Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former by me made and declaring this to be my last
In Witnes whereof I have hereto sett my hand & seal this Eighteenth day of June in the fourth year of the reign of Queen Anne over England &c Annoq dni 1705
