This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Shipman of Eaton in the County of Leicester Widow
I appoint The Reverend Frank George Lys and my manager Tom Bellamy both of Eaton aforesaid (hereinafter called “my Trustees”) to be the Trustees and Executors of this my Will
I bequeath to my servant Hannah Bellamy (spinster) all my jewellery and Wearing apparel and all my plate plated articles, furniture, linen, glass, china, pictures, musical instruments, books and other articles of household use or ornament and all household stores and provisions and all cash which respectively shall at my death be in or about or belonging to my dwellinghouse or the outbuildings or grounds thereof And I give the same to the said Hannah Bellamy free of legacy duty and in addition to any wages due to her
I bequeath to the said Tom Bellamy the sum of One hundred pounds free of legacy duty and in addition to any wages due to him
I bequeath to the said Frank George Lys if he shall prove this my Will the sum of Ten pounds free of legacy duty
I give devise and bequeath all my Real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (except such portion thereof as I have hereinbefore bequeathed to the said Hannah Bellamy) unto my Trustees Upon trust that my Trustees shall sell call in and convert the same into money and shall with and out of the moneys produced by such sale calling in and conversion pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the pecuniary Legacies hereinbefore bequeathed and shall stand possessed of the residue of the said moneys in Trust for my cousin Andrew Shipman of Thorpe Arnold in the said County of Leicester Farmer absolutely
Lastly I revoke all prior Wills

Signed by the said Elizabeth Shipman (the testatrix) as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at Leicester on the thirtieth day of June 1892 by the Oath of Tom Bellamy one of the Executors to whom Administration was granted The Reverend Frank George Lys, Clerk, the other Executor, having renounced the Probate and Execution of the Will
The Testatrix Elizabeth Shipman was late of Eaton in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the thirty first day of May 1892 at Eaton aforesaid
