[Missing]mas Trooman of Hoosse in the County of Leic Shepherd beinge sicke in [missing] praised by god) doe make this my last will and Testament in this maner following [missing] to god and my body to be Buried in the Churchyard of Hoosse afforesayd
Next I [missing] unto Jane Caunt my mayd Servant the Sume of Eight shillinges of Lawfull English money to be paid [missing] Within twelve weekes after my departure out of this world
Ite I doe give unto the repayre of the [missing] of Hoosse Twoe shillings
Item I doe give unto the poore of Hoosse Twoe shillings to be given at the [missing] of the minister
Item I doe give unto my God Chilldren six pence apeece
Item I doe give unto [missing] and Richard [small hole]ham twoe shillings sixpence apeece
Item I doe give and grant unto Margrett [missing] my Lovinge wife all that my half Oxgang of land lyinge and beinge within the fields of Hoosse afore [missing] Together with the pasture Comons and Comon of pasture and All Appertenances to the same belonginge to h[missing] and quietly to enioy the same during her naturall life
Item I give unto Margarett Trooman my [missing] my house and Homestead gardens orchards Crofts & Tofts pertinent to the same lyinge and beinge within the [missing] of Hoosse afforesaid to have hold and quietly to enioy the same dureing her naturall life
Item my [missing] pleasure is that when Margrett Trooman my wife shall dye and depart this world Then my Cossine W[missing] Sonne of William Caunt of Coulson Basset in the County of Nottingham shall have, hold, possesse and enioy [missing] moyetye or halfe of my halfe oxgange of land meadowe pasture and Comon of pasture lyinge in the f[missing] and alsoe the one moytye or halfe of my house and Homestead lyinge & beinge in the towne of Hoosse to h[missing] Heires for ever
And the other moyetye or halfe of my halfe oxgange of land house and Homestead [missing] pasture and Comon of pasture lyinge and beinge within the towne and feilds of Hoosse afforesaid My [missing] is that Margrett Trooman my wife shall dispose of the same and at her death or before give and bequeath [missing] whome she will or liketh
The rest of my goods unbequeathed (my debts discharged) I give unto Margrett [missing] my wife whome I doe make the full executrix of this my last will
