In the name of god amen the 24 day of June 1694 according to the Computation of the Church of England I Elizabeth Whitekary of Neather Broughton in the County of Leicester being of perfect Memory & Remembrance praised be god doe make & ordain this my last will and Testament in maner and form following
First I Bequeath my soul into the hands of Allmighty god my Maker hopeing that through the Meritorious Death and Passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and as for my body to be buried in Christian burial at the discretion of my Executor here after named
Item I give unto my daughter Anne Cooke the sum of one Shilling
Item I give unto my sone Robert Whitecary the Sum of one pound and one Tester bed without bedding and half the bees let there be more or less
I make my Son John Whitecary Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament denying and revoakeing all other Wills & Testaments
