This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Caunt of the Parish of Eaton in the County of Leicester, Bachelor
First I direct that all my just debts, funeral and Testamentary expenses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named
I give and bequeath all my personal Estate and Effects of which I may die possessed of unto Robert Lord of Eaton in the County of Leicester aforesaid Carpenter To hold and enjoy the same his Heirs, Executors and Administrators
And I nominate constitute and appoint the said Robert Lord sole Executor of this my said Will and Testament
And I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me heretofore made
In Witness I the said Thomas Caunt the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this Fifth Day of February In the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty one
