This is the last Will and Testament of me John Rudkin Morris of Eaton in the County of Leicester Farmer
I give and bequeath all my money farming stock household furniture railway shares and all other my personal estate and effects unto my Father in law William Shelton and my two friends Andrew Shipman of Eaton aforesaid and Thomas Shipman of Croxton Kerrial in the said County of Leicester and to the survivors and survivor of them upon the following trusts vizt
To paying debts funeral and testamentary expences and to place the residue out at interest upon real or government security and pay such interest to my Wife during her life and after her death to divide the principal equally amongst all my children now or hereafter to be born share and share alike with benefit of survivorship
In case my Wife shall die leaving any of my said children minors the shares of such minors shall not be paid to them until they attain the age of twenty one years but the interest of their respective portions shall be applied by my trustees for the maintenance and education of such minors until they shall respectively attain the said age of twenty one years
But in case no child of mine shall live to attain the age of twenty one years I direct that the principal after my Wifes death shall go to my own next of kin according to the statutes of distribution
And I appoint the said William Shelton Andrew Shipman and Thomas Shipman joint Executors of this my Will for the purposes aforesaid
In witness whereof I the said John Rudkin Morris the Testator have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty
