The Will Nuncupative of Willm Holte late of Claxton in the county of Leicester deceased made and declared three or four daies next before his death in the presence of Agnes Pighte Alice Hall and others viz
The tenne pounds which Mr Wrighte vicar of Claxton oweth me I give unto Margaret Pincher
And I beset my Chilldrenne to my father Hoe and he shall bringe them uppe and be my Executor to their uses
And in case my father Hoe doe dye before my Chilldren do Come to age then I will that Thomas Marriott Robte Hicklinge Richard Hickling the yonger and Peeter Hoe shall have the brininge upp of my Chilldren and thoccupacon of my farme & goods to their uses during the rest of the tyme of their mynorities
