In the name of God Amen I William Barnes of Statherne being mindfull of My Mortality do make & ordain this my last Will and Testament in the Disposition of such worldly Goods as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me as followeth
First I will that my Debts & funeral Charges shall be paid and discharged
Item I give to my Brother Roger Barnes thirty Pounds now in the hands of John Needham Miller at Exton which my late Uncle Richard Barnes lent to the late Matthew Bull on a Mortgage upon the Wind Mill at Statherne
Also I give to my said Brother Roger Barnes all my Personal Estate Goods & Chattels whatsoever
Also I give to my Brother Thomas Barnes the Sum of one Shilling
Also I make by said Brother Thomas Barnes full & sole Executor of this My last Will & Testament revoking all former Wills & Testaments by me heretofore made
In Witness whereof I the said William Barnes have hereunto set my hand & Seal this thirtieth Day of July in the year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred thirty seven
