This is the last Will and Testament of Sarah Jane Binks of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Dressmaker

I give to my nephew Henry Lovett of Nether Broughton aforesaid the sum of Twenty pounds

I give to my nephew Binks Lovett of Nether Broughton aforesaid the sum of Twenty pounds

As to the residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind soever I give and bequeath the same to my Sister Adeliza Binks of Nether Broughton Dressmaker for her absolute use and benefit

And I hereby nominate and appoint Adeliza Binks of Nether Broughton Dressmaker and Edward Lovett of Nether Broughton Tailor to be Executors of this my Will

Proved at Leicester on the Thirteenth day of September 1879 by the Oaths of Adeliza Binks Spinster the Sister, and Edward Lovett the Executors to whom administration was granted

The Testatrix Sarah Jane Binks was late of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Spinster and died on the Tenth day of March 1879 at Nether Broughton aforesaid
