In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Fisher of Long Clawson, in the County of Leicester, being Weak in Body, but of perfect mind, Memory, & Understanding Blessed be God therefore Do this 3d day of January 1774 make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament (that is to say)
First I give and bequeath to my Daughter Catherine Fisher the Sum of Forty Pounds
Item I give and bequeath to my Son John Fisher the Sum of Forty Pounds Ten Pounds whereof to be paid to put him Apprentice
Item I give and bequeath to my Son Edward Fisher the Sum of Forty Pounds Ten Pounds whereof to be paid to put him Apprentice
NB The aforesaid Legacies I would have Paid as they Severally come to the Age of Twenty One Years. Or if it please God, my Wife Ann Fisher, should live longer than such term the said Legacies to be paid at her Decease
Lastly, All the Rest and Residue of my Goods, Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever I give to my Wife Ann Fisher, and my Son Samuel Fisher, whom I do make, Constitute and Ordain to be Jointly my Executors, but if my said Wife marry again then I give all to my Son Samuel Fisher
