This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Frisby of Stathern in the County of Leicester Widow
I bequeath the following Legacies (namely)
To my Brother Lank Brewin Sixty pounds
To my Brother John Brewin Nineteen Guineas
To my three Nieces Sarah Harvey, Ann Jane Smith and Mary Miller Sixty pounds each
To the five Children now living of my Niece Sarah Wright Nineteen Guineas each
To the six Children now living of my late husband’s brother John Frisby Nineteen Guineas each
And to the five Children of my late husband’s Sister Dorothy Watchorn Nineteen Guineas each
And to the said Dorothy Watchorn Nineteen Guineas
And I bequeath all my money securities for money household furniture and all other my personal estate and effects to my Nephew Francis Storr of Stathern aforesaid Cottager subject nevertheless to the payment thereout of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the Legacies bequeathed by this my Will and I appoint the said Francis Storr Sole Executor of this my Will

Proved at Leicester on the Eighth day of April 1880 by the Oath of Francis Storr the Nephew the Sole Executor to whom Administration was granted
The Testatrix Sarah Frisby was late of Stathern in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the Eighteenth day of February 1880 at Stathern aforesaid
