This is the last Will of me Thomas Frisby of Stathern in the County of Leicester Yeoman
I give to my Wife’s Sister Ann Brewin a Legacy of Fifty pounds to be paid at the expiration of six months from my death
Subject to the payment of my Debts Funeral and Testamentary expenses and the above Legacy I give and bequeath all my Household Furniture Stock Money and all other my personal estate and effects to my Wife Sarah Frisby and appoint her Sole Executrix of this my last Will
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Frisby the Testator have hereunto set my hand this Twenty seventh day of April One thousand eight hundred and fifty eight

Signed published and declared by the said Thomas Frisby the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses the above Will having been first read over to the said Testator who had perfect knowledge of its contents

Proved at Leicester the twenty third day of March 1875 by the Oath of Sarah Frisby Widow the Relict of the deceased the Sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Thomas Frisby was late of Stathern in the County of Leicester Yeoman and died on the fourteenth day of February 1875 at Stathern aforesaid
