This is the last Will and Testament of me John Goodbourn of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Grazier
I appoint my friends Charles Dalton of Nether Broughton Lodge Nether Broughton Lodge aforesaid Grazier and Samuel Black of Old Dalby in the said County of Leicester Labourer (hereinafter referred to as “my Trustees”) to be the Trustees and Executors of this my Will
I give my Box with Drawers and my Arm chair unto my Grandson Stephen Smith absolutely
I give and bequeath to my Son Miller Goodbourn the Policy of Assurance upon my life with the Sceptre Life Association Limited subject to the payment out of the proceeds thereof of the sum of Five Pounds to each of my children Thomas Goodbourn, Enoch Goodbourn, Mary Ann Smith and Ruth Grice
I give and devise all that my Messuage or tenement with the outbuildings yard garden and appurtenances situate at Nether Broughton aforesaid unto and to the use of my said daughter Mary Ann Smith in fee simple subject nevertheless to the Mortgage thereon
I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Son Miller Goodbourn absolutely subject to the payment by him of the sum of Twelve Pounds to each of my said children Thomas Goodbourn, Enoch Goodbourn, Mary Ann Smith and Ruth Grice within six calendar months after my decease
And I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions made by me
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirty first day of October One thousand nine hundred and eleven
