This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Gregg of Harby in the County of Leicester Spinster
I devise to my sister Caroline Freck the wife of Frederick George Freck of Harby aforesaid Labourer for her life (she paying a proportionate part of the expense of keeping the same in repair and insured) All my one third part or share and all other (if any) the part or share to which at my death I may be entitled of and in All the messuage or tenement with the orchard garden and piece of land adjoining containing about half an acre situate at Harby aforesaid which I now occupy And also of and in all other messuages lands and hereditaments (if any) situate at Harby aforesaid or elsewhere which were devised to me and my sisters by the Will of my late Father Samuel Gregg
And on the death of my said sister I devise the said part or share unto my niece Martha Gregg of Harby aforesaid Spinster in fee simple
I also devise and bequeath all my other real estate (if any) and all my personal estate unto my said Niece Martha Gregg in fee simple and absolutely
I appoint here sole Executrix of this my will
And lastly I revoke all former Wills
In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Gregg have hereunto set my hand this 15th day of December 1899
