In the name of God Amen I Hugh Guy of Long Claxon alias Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Yeoman do make & ordain this my last will & Testament in manner & form following
First I commit my Soule into the hand of God and my body to the Earth, and Dispose of my Temporall things in manner as follows
Imprimis I give & bequeath to my Son Richd Guy the sum of Five pounds
Item I give to my Daughter Eliz Guy the sum of one pound one shilling
Item I give unto my daughter Dorothy Guy the sum of five pounds
Item I give to my Daughters Mary Stones Anna Guy & Sarah Guy the sum of one shilling each
Item I give to my Son John Guy the Too new orchards & 4 bays of Building towards the pool and part of the fare yard as fare as the building goes
Item to my Son Hugh Guy my Dwelling hous and all the buildings there to belong and my home Close on this Condition that he take Care of his Sister Margarit and provide for her a seficient mentinance
And Lastly I make and ordain my Sone Hugh Guy Sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament of all my goods Cattle and Chattles in wittness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the eighteenth day of Aprill in the fifth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of god of great Britton France & Ireland King Defender of the faith Anno Dom 1732
