In the Name of God Amen I George Hall of Hose in the County of Leicester husbandman this Twenty Third day of April Ano Dni 1708 doe make this my Last will and Testament in Manner following
Impris I will that all my debts Legacies and funeral Charges be paid and discharged by my Executor hereafter named
Impris I Give to my son George Hall and his heirs for ever All that my Messuage house wherein I Live and all my Lands Lyeing in the Feilds and Liberties of Hose aforesaid with every of their appurtenances
Item I Give to my son William Hall the sume of four pounds to be paid within one yeare after my decease And alsoe one of my best Cows that he shall Choose
Item I Give to my daughter Anne Sheapard wife of John Sheapard one shilling
Item I Give to my Daughter Mary Caunt wife of Edward Caunt one shilling
Item I Give to my daughter Elizabeth Skinner wife of Thomas Skinner the sume of one shilling in full of her portion
Item I Give to my Kinswoman Mary Judson the sum of Two shillings and six pence
Item I Give to my son William Hall one Bed and Beding to be had within two years after my desease
And as for and Concerning all the rest and Residue of my estate either Reale or Personall I Give to my son George Hall his heirs and asssignes forever whom I make full and sole executor of this my Last will and Testament Revokeing and makeing void all other wills by me heretofore made
In Witnesse whereof I have to this my Last will and testament set to my Hand and seale the day and yeare first above written
