In the Name of God Amen The 7th Day of February in the Year of our Lord 1761 I George Hall of Harby in the County of Leicester being in perfect Mind and Memory do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in the form & Manner following
Item I give and bequeath to My Son in Law Henry Mantle one Shilling
Item I give and bequeath to Rebeckah Hall my Daughter in Law one Shilling
Item I give to my Grandaughter Mary Hall when she shall Attain to the Age of Twenty one Years the full sum of Fourty Pounds of Good and Lawful Money of England Also one Chest of Drawers to be paid and Deliver’d by my Executors hereafter Mention’d. If in case the aforesaid Mary Hall Die before she attain to the Age at Twenty one Years the aforsaid Legasy of forty Pounds shall go to my Grandson Thos Hall
I Likewis do Apoint my Trusty Friends William Taylour of Orstone Nottinghamshire Farmer and Henry Mantle of Hose Shopkeeper Leicestershire to be and Execute the Office of Trustees for my Grand Children Thomas and Mary Hall Aforesaid
Item I give to my Son John Hall and to my Grandson Thomas Hall [fold hiding about four words] constitute make and Ordain my only and sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament All and Singular the Remainder of my Goods Cattle and Personal Estate of what kind so ever by them freely to be Possessed and Enjoy’d
And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and Disannul all and every other former Testaments Wills and Legacies Bequests and Executors by me in any ways before this Time Named, Will’d and Bequeathed, Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Day and Date as above Written
