In The name of God Amen I Robert Hand the Elder of Claxton als Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Labourer being Mindfull of my Mortality do make & ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner following
Impris I Give and bequeath unto my son Robert one Shilling
Allsoe I Give Devise and Bequeath All that my Little Messuage with the appts Scituate & being in Claxton als Long Clawson aforesd wherein I now dwell Together with the yard and Orchard and All the Buildings and hereditamts to the same belonging unto my youngest son John Hand and to his heirs and assigns for ever he thereout paying unto my onely Daughter Alice the sume of Ten pounds of good and Lawful money of Great Britain within six Months after the decease of my wife
Allsoe I will that all my Just Debts and funeral Expences be duly paid and discharged out of my personal Estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
Allsoe all the rest of my goods Chattels rights Creddits & personal Estate whatsoever I Give and Bequeath unto my Wife Margaret & my sd Son John whome I doe hereby make ordain constitute & appoint Joynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament
And Lastly I doe hereby revoke all former wills & Testamts whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made
In Wittnesse whereof I the said Robert Hand the Testator have to this my last will and Testament set my hand and seal the First Day of June Anno Dom 1719

Signed sealed published and declared by the sd Robert Hand the Testator to be his last Will & Testamt in the presence of us whose names were Subscribed in the presence of the said Testator
