This is the last Will and Testament of me Bathsheba Harby (the Wife of William Harby) of The Lodges Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester
I direct the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses so soon as conveniently may be after my decease
All the residue of my estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath to my three children absolutely in equal proportions namely Adeliza Goodson the Wife of William Goodson of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester aforesaid Publican Ernest William Marriott of the Lodges Nether Broughton aforesaid Farmer and Noel Marriott of The Lodges aforesaid Farmer But I direct that in the event of either of my said children dying in my lifetime their issue surviving them shall take their parents share and if more than one in equal proportions
Lastly I appoint my said Son-in-law William Goodson and my friend Henry Clulow Taylor of Eldon Chambers in the City of Nottingham Solicitors Managing Clerk Joint Executors and Trustees of this my Will
