This is the last Will and Testament of me John Harby of Harby in the County of Leicester Yeoman
I give and devise to my Sister Elizabeth Shilcock an annuity or yearly payment of Twenty pounds for her life to be paid half yearly be even payments and to commence from the day of my death and I charge my real Estate with the said Annuity and give to my Sister the same power of recovering the same as Landlords have for the recovery of rents
I give to my Niece Sarah Shilcock the Bed and all the other furniture in the Parlor I sleep in Subject to the above annuity my debts and funeral Expences
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (except the said furniture given to my Niece) unto my Mother Sarah Harby and my Brother Joseph Harby equally to be divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in common and not as joint tenants and their respective Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
And I appoint the said Sarah Harby and Joseph Harby joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the said John Harby the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this ninth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven

Let a Probat be granted to Sarah Harby the Executrix & Joseph Harby the Executor within named They the said Sarah Harby & Joseph Harby being duly sworn as well to the faithful execution of the Will as that the Testators goods, chattels and credits do not amount in value to the sum of three hundred pounds
