In the Naim of God Amen I Richard Harday of Harby In the County of Licester Sharman being Sick of Body but of a sound disposision of mind & mery do make this my last Will and Testament In manner and forme following
And first I order that my Body be decently Inter’d at the descresion of my Executor hearafter naimed and as tuchin that Estate Real and persnel which it haith pleased God bestow upon me I do Will Give devise dispose & bequeath the same in manner and former folowing
First I will that all those Debts & Dutys that I owe of Right or Conscience to any manner of person or persons whatsoever togeather with my funeral expences shall be well and truly contented & paid or ordained to be paid in convenient time after my Decease by my Execetor hear after Naimed
Itam I give Devise and bequeath unto my Bother Joseph Harday the soum of five pounds of lawfull muny of England to be paid by my Excetor herafter Naimed
I also give to my Brother Joseph Hardays Children being thre in all the som of too shillings and sixpence each to be paid by me Executor
I allso Give to my sister Sarah Harday the son of Twelve pounds of Lawful muny of England and allso to the said Sarah Harday one bed and Beding standing in the Little Parlor and one Chest for Chears to be paid and Resined by My Executor
I alsow give to sister An Hickly the sum of 2 shillings and sixpence to be paid by my Executor
I allsow give to my three younger sisters that is to say sister Margaret sister Dorothy and sister Mary Harday the sum of ten shillings to be paid by my Brother John Harday Whome I Make my sole Exceutor of this my Last Will Hearby Revoking all other & adnuling all former and other Wills what so ever by me Maid
In Wittness I the said Richard Harday hear to this my said Last Will and testament set my Hand & Seale the 27 day of February in the second year of the Raign of our Soverand Lord George the Second Anoque Domany 1728
