The last will and testament of Philip Hawley Senor of Long Claxton alis Clowsun in the County of Leicester tallochandler in Maner and form folloing
I being of sound Mind and Memory blesed be god for the same tho indisposed in body do by this My last will dispose of My estate as folloeth
Imprimis I Give to My Son Philip Hawley five shillings and I give to My Son John and douter Mary Palmer five shilings a pees
I give to My Son and dauter William and Elizabeth Sanday five shilings a pees and I give to My son Edward Hawley and his wife five shilings a pees and I give to My son John Hawley sixty pounds to be pade when he Coms to the age of one and twenty and I give to My douter Ann Hawley fifty pound and I give to My douter Margret Hawley fifty pound
Lastly I give to My welbeloved Wife Mary Hawley all My goods and Chatils whotstoever and all My parconal istate paying My detes and legasis and funeral Chargeis whom I do apoynte My loving wife Mary Hawley sole execetrix of this My Last will and testament this twenty first day of March 1722
