Anne Hickling of Hose 1731 Will

In the Name of God Amen I Anne Hickling of Hose in the County of Leicester Spinster being sick and weake in body but of sound and disposing Mind and Memory do make this My last Will and Testament in manner following That is to say
I Give devise and bequeath unto My sister Sarah Hubbard Wife of John Hubbard of Harby in the said County of Leicester Gentleman her Heirs Executors and Administrators All and singular My Messuages Cottages Lands Tenement and Hereditaments and all other My Reall Estate whatsoever or wheresoever And also All my Personall Estate of what Nature kind or quality soever or wheresoever She paying thereout All my Debts funerall Expences and the Legacys hereinafter mentioned That is to say
I Give and bequeath unto My brother Thomas Hickling and Elizabeth his Wife five pounds apeice to buy them Mourning
Item I Give and bequeath unto Thomas Hickling Son of my said brother Thomas Hickling the sum of fifty pounds if he shall live to the Age of One and twenty years and not otherwise to be then paid him by My Executrix hereinafter named
Item I Give and bequeath unto Mary Hickling Anne Hickling and Elizabeth Hickling Daughters of My said brother Thomas Hickling and to each of them the sum of fifty pounds apeice If they shall severally and respectively live to the Age of One and twenty years and not otherwise to be then paid unto them as they shall severally and respectively attain unto such their several and respective Ages of One and twenty years by My Executrix hereinafter named
And my Will is That if They or any of them shall dye before the Age of One and twenty years That then the Legacy or Legacys of such Person so dying before such Age shall not be paid
Item I Give and bequeath unto the poor of the parish of Hose aforesaid twenty shillings
And I Do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and wills by Me heretofore made And Do hereby make constitute and appoint my said Sister Sarah Hubbard Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Wittness whereof I the said Anne Hickling the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set My hand and Seale the second day of Aprill in the fourth year of the reigne of our Soveraigne Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith And in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred thirty and one
