Robart Jackson of Nether Broughton 1660 Will and Inventory

In the name of god Amen the first day of July 1660 Accordinge to the Computation of the Church of England I Robart Jackson of Nether Broughton in the Countie of Leicester Blacksmith beinge of good and perfitt memory and remembrance praysed be god I doe make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in maner and forme following
First I bequath my Soule into the hands of Allmightie god maker and Redemer through the merytorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my Onely saviour and Redemer to receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my sinnes and as for my bodie to be decently buried in the Churchyeard of Nether Broughton and as Touchinge all my worldly goods where with my god hath beene pleased to bless mee I doe dispose of them as followeth
Item my will is that Dorothy Jackson my Wife shall have my house and shope and all the Appurtentances belonging to it to bringe up my Sonne Robart Jackson in learning and puttinge him to a Treade to a Blacksmith until he come to the eage of one and Twentie yeares and Then my Sonne Robart Jackson to enter of the house of all but one cow paster and the barne keeping hir selfe widdow as long as shee liveeth
If my Sonne Robart Jackson and his mother cannot agree to gather hee making the barne fitting to dewell in for hir and as for all the tooles belonging to the shop to leave them as good as find when he come at one and twentie of eage and if it please god that my Sonne Robart Jackson die leavinge no Eshew behind then Dorothy my wife Shall have my house and all theire Appurtenances belonging to it Dureinge hir life Shee paying to my god sonne Henery Loe sonne of Charles Loe Twelve Shillings a year as longe as shee liveth
Item I Give Unto my god sonne Henery Loe sonne of Charles Loe my house and all the Appurtenances there belonging to it or to his heires or Assignes for ever After my wife decease and the said Henry Loe shall pay to my sister Margrat Withers wife of Ellis Withers five shillings a year dureinge hir life and the said Henery Loe shall pay to my sister Allce Myllner wife or Robart Myllner five shillings a yeare dureinge hir life
Item I give unto Robart Withers sonne of Ellis Withers two shillings six pence to be paid one yeare after my decease
Item I give unto Mary Withers daughter of Ellis Withers two shillings six pence to paid one yeare after my decease
Item I give unto my god sonne Henery Loe tenne shillings to be paid one yeare after my decease
Item I make my wife Dorothy Jackson my Soule Executrix of this my last will and to pay all my debts and Legaces
