This is the last Will and Testament of me John Kellam of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Grazier
I give and devise All my real and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear Wife Mary and her assigns for and during her natural life if she should so long continue my Widow and from and immediately after her decease or second Marriage I give and devise my said real and personal Estate and Effects unto my Son Thomas Kellam his heirs executors administrators and assigns and I appoint my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Seventh day of October in the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty eight

The Testator John Kellam was late of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Grazier and died on the Fifteenth day of August 1878 at Hickling in the County of Nottingham
