This is the last Will and Testament of me Walter Miller, of Nether Broughton, in the County of Leicestershire, Grazier
I appoint John Miller of Waltham, and Alfred William Burrows Greaves, of Nether-Broughton, Trustees and Executors hereof
I declare that my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid
As to the residue of my estate real and personal, I give and bequeath to my Wife, Sarah Katharine Rosa, all my household furniture, plate, linen, and china for her own use absolutely, and I direct that my trustees shall get in and sell all my farm stock and implements and other my possessions, and of the amount realized by such sale I give and bequeath to my said Wife the share of two-thirds, and as to the remaining one third share I direct that my trustees shall hold this in trust for my four children, Frances Elizabeth, Lily Ann, Esme Katharine, John Enoch Linsley, until they each and all of them shall have attained the age of twenty one years when the said one-third share together with any interest accrued shall be divided equally between them
