The last Will and Testament of me Joseph Asher in the Parish of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester

I hereby leave and bequeath to my Wife Sarah Asher the whole of my property real and personal and all money and monies of which I died possessed

I also appoint the said Sarah Asher sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

Witness my hand this eight day of May 1869

Proved at Leicester the eighth day of May 1871 by the Oath of Sarah Asher Widow the Relict of the deceased the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Joseph Asher was late of Dalby on the Wolds (commonly called Old Dalby) in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the fourteenth day of May 1869 at Dalby on the Wolds aforesaid
