This is the last Will and Testament of me Sibyl Attewell of Eaton in the County of Leicester Spinster
I give unto Frederick Pern Newcome of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Gentleman and Thomas Morris of Eaton aforesaid Farmer their Executors and Administrators the principal sum of Five hundred pounds upon Mortgage of an Estate at Long Clawson aforesaid belonging to Mr John Kellam Upon Trust that they my said Trustees or the survivor of them his executors or administrators shall pay the Interest thereof unto Mary Jane Edlin Spinster who now lives with me for and during her natural life and after her death I give the principal in manner following that is to say
One third part thereof to the children of my Sister Ellen Attenburrow One other third part thereof to the children of my Sister Mary Blount and the remaining third part thereof to the children of my Sister Rebecca Gray to be vested Interests in such children only as shall live to attain the age of twenty one years
I give unto the said Mary Jane Edlin my wearing apparel and the Legacy or sum of Ten pounds to be paid to her at the expiration of three calendar months after my death
And as to the residue of my personal estate and effects after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences I give the same unto my Sister the said Mary Blount
I give and devise unto the said Frederick Pern Newcome and Thomas Morris their heirs and assigns All legal Estates vested in me as Mortgagee or otherwise To hold the same unto the said Frederick Pern Newcome and Thomas Morris their heirs and assigns subject to the Equities and trusts affecting the same
And lastly I appoint the said Frederick Pern Newcome and Thomas Morris joint Executors of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of August in the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty seven

Proved at Leicester the Second day of April 1875 by the Oath of Frederick Pern Newcome one of the Executors to whom administration was granted Power being reserved of making the like Grant to Thomas Morris the other Executor
The Testatrix Sibyl Attwell was late of Eaton in the County of Leicester Spinster and died on the twenty ninth day of March 1874 at Eaton aforesaid
