In the Name of God Amen I Robert Bark of Eastwell in the County of Leicester Being weak in Body but of a perfect mind and memory do declare this as my last Will and Testament and all Wills made by me before & [sic] void to all intents and purposes
Imprimis I give and bequeath to My Son in Law John Lord The sum of one Hundred & sixty pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid at the end of Twelve months
Item I give and bequeath to Thomas Cobley my son in law and I make him my sole Executor Administrator and Assign all my goods plate Furniture Stock Crops Corn Hay and all kind of husbandry and all my Debts Dews and Demands Only paying to the said John Lord the sum of one hundred and sixty Pounds
I Robert Bark as before Given to the said Thomas Cobley my son in Law which I make my sole Executor Administrator and assign to have all Plate Goods Furniture Stock Crop and all belonging to me as before
