This is the last Will & Testament of me Ann Barnes of Eye Kettleby in the County of Leicester Widow
I appoint my son William Clayton Barnes to be the Executor & Trustee of this my Will
I bequeath my share in the pony trap and harness to my daughter Annie Corbitt absolutely
I bequeath all the money belonging to me in the Bank at the time of my death and any shares that I may have bought since my husband’s death unto my said Trustee in trust to pay the income arising therefrom unto & equally between my daughters that may be unmarried at the time of my decease and if there should be only one daughter so unmarried then to pay the whole of the Income to that one
And in the event of the whole of my daughters being married at the time of my decease or at any time thereafter then the principal money representing this bequest shall be divided equally between my said daughters
And I bequeath all the residue of my real and personal estate of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever situate after payment thereout of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts unto and equally between my daughters living at my decease and in the event of any one or more of my daughters predeceasing me and leaving issue living at my decease then such issue shall take his her or their deceased parents share and if more than one then equally between them
And should any daughter of me die without issue then such share shall be divided amongst the surviving daughters or their issue in equal shares
