In the name of god Amen I William Barnet of Longe Claxton being weake in Body but of Sound and perfect Minde and Memory praise be therefore given to Allmighty God do make and ordaine this my present last will and Testament in Manner and forme followinge (that is to say)
First and principally I commend my soule Into the hands of Allmighty God hopeing through the Merrits Death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all Sins and to Inherit everlastinge life and my Body I commit to the earth to be decently Buried at the discretion of my Executrix here after named and as touchinge the disposition of all such Temporall Estate as it hath pleased Allmighty god to bestow upon mee I give and dispose thereof as followeth
Imprimis I give unto my soone William Barnet one shillinge for his portion of my Goods
Item I doe give unto my three daughters Anne Eliner and Mary to Each of them Tenn pound a piece
Item I doe give unto my youngest soone John Barnet the sume of Tenn pound
Item I doe give unto my Child or Children that my wife is with all Tenn pounds a piece to be paid when they shall Accomplish the Age of one and Twenty yeares And my mind and will is that if aney of my Children depart this life before they Attaine the Age of one & Twenty yeares that the portion or portions of her or them shall be equally divided Amongst my Children survivinge exceptinge my Soone William my heire
All the rest and Residue of my personall Estate Goods and Chattells whatsoever I doe give unto my Loveinge wife for to bringe up my Children payinge my debts Legacies And funerall Expences whom I doe make full and sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
