This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Matthew Beastall of Eaton in the County of Leicester Farmer

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my nephew Thomas Matthew Beastall of Eaton aforesaid Cottager absolutely and I appoint him sole Executor of this my Will

I hereby revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty first day of March one thousand eight hundred and ninety six
