This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Blagden of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Surgeon as follows that is to say
I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Blagden her heirs executors administrators and assigns All and singular my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever And also all my ready money and securities for Money goods chattels personal Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever To hold the said real and personal Estate unto and to the use of my said wife Elizabeth Blagden her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever
And I hereby appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I the said Charles Blagden the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty one

The Will of Charles Blagden late of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Surgeon deceased was proved at York the twenty second day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six before the Reverend Robert White Almond Clerk Surrogate to the Right Worshipful Granville Harcourt Vernon Master of Arts Commissary and Keeper General of the Exchequer and Prerogative Court of York lawfully constituted by the Oath of Elizabeth Blagden Widow the Relict the sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods chattels and credits of the said Deceased she having been first sworn duly to administer

23rd July 1846 Let a Probate be made to Elizabeth Blagden of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Widow the sole Executrix named in the Will of the deceased
She having been first duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance of the said Will as usual and to be truth of the usual Affidavit for the Stamp Office and that the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased within the Diocese of Lincoln do not amount in value to the sum of One thousand Pounds and that the deceased died on the twenty second day of January last past
