In the name of God Amen I Thomas Blankly of Eaton in the County of Leicester Husbandman being weak & infirm as to my bodily health but of perfect mind & memory praised be God for it, doe constitute make & ordaine this my last will & testament in maner & form following
First And principally I doe freely resigne my Soul into the hands of my most mercifull God who gave it in sure & certaine hopes of a resurrection to eternal life through the alone merits of my dear crucified Saviour & my body to be decently buried in the Parish Church yard of Eaton aforesd at the proper charge & care of mine Exequtor hereafter named & Specified
Item I give & bequeath to Willm Blankly my Son the Sum of Twenty pounds to be paid to him or his Assignes by mine Exequtor within twelve months after my decease
Item I give to Willm Wiseman my Son-in-Law & Ann his wife to each one Shilling
Item I give to the poor of the Parish of Eaton aforesd ten Shillings to be distributed according to theyr want within a fortnight after my decease
All the rest of my goods chattels & Cattle I give & bequeath to Thomas Blankly my loving Son whom I hereby make & constitute Sole Exequtor of this my last Will & Testamt
I doe revoke all other Wills & doe hereby declare this to be my last Will & Testamt
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this Sixteenth day of November in the year of our Lord God 1707
