This is the Last Will and Testament of me Richard Frederick Brewin of Eaton in the County of Leicester Thrashing Machinist
I Revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and I Appoint my wife Jessie Brewin and my son Arthur Frederick Brewin hereinafter called my Trustees to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will
I Give and Bequeath to my Wife house property and house-hold furniture and effects
I Give and Bequeath all my business of the threshing machinery and all effects connected therewith to my said wife during her life and after her decease To my Son Arthur Frederick Brewin on condition that he carries on the business during my wife’s life
Should he fail to do so my said wife shall have the power to sell or realise any part or parts of my said real or personal estate for the benefit of my wife’s maintenance
As regards the remainder of my real and personal estate “if any” after my said wife’s decease I Devise and Bequeath same to my children namely Victoria Alice May Brewin Arthur Frederick Brewin Gertrude Elizabeth Brewin and Eva Annie Pipe to be sold or valued and divided in equal shares
I Direct that my Funeral and Testamentary expenses shall be borne and paid by my said wife
