This is the last Will and Testament of me William Brown of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester Grazier
I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Brown All my Goods Stock Cattle Chattels Money Securities for Money and all other the personal Estate and Effects whatsoever which I shall die possessed of subject to the payment of my debts and the following Legacies (viz)
To my Daughter Jane Carter and to my Sons George and Richard Brown the Sum of Five Shillings apiece and to my Daughters Mary Musson, Hannah Wilford, and Elizabeth Brown the Sum of Sixty pounds apiece, to be paid unto them respectively within twelve Months next after my decease
And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Son Thomas Brown sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety nine

Let probat be granted to Thomas Brown, the sole Executor, he being sworn to the due execution of the within written will, & also made oath that the whole personal Estate of the Deceased at the time of his death did not amount to the sum of One Thousand pounds
