This is the last Will and Testament of me William Brewtnall the Elder of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Farmer
First I will and direct that all my just debts funeral expences and the expences of proving this my Will be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be after my decease by my Executor hereinafter named
I Give devise and bequeath unto my Son William all and every my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be or consist of that I may die possessed of and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy To hold to him my said Son William his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever according to the nature and tenure thereof respectively
And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son William Sole Executor of this my Will and do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Fifth day of July One thousand eight hundred and fifty four

Proved at Leicester on the nineteenth day of November 1879 by the Oath of William Brewtnall, the Son, the Sole Executor, to whom Administration was granted.
The Testator William Brewtnall was late of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the Fifth day of February 1878 at Old Dalby aforesaid.
