In the Name of God, Amen I Matthew Bull of Stathern in the County of Leicester Miller, being Sick in Body but of Sound & perfect Mind & Memory, Praise be therefore given to Almighty God, do Make & ordain this My present last Will & Testament in Manner & Form following (that is to Say)
First & principally I commend My Soul into the Hands of Almighty God, hopeing through the Merits Death & Passion of My Saviour Jesus Christ to obtain full & free Pardon & Forgiveness of all My Sins and to inherit everlasting Life And my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executrix hereafter Named and as touching the Disposition of all Such Temporal Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon Me I do give & dispose thereof as followeth
First I will that my debts & funeral Charges Shall be paid & discharged
Item I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Bull the Sum of Twenty Pounds
Item I give to my Daughter Sarah Bull the Sum of Twenty Pounds, the said Sums to be paid to them when they attain the Age of twenty one Years but if My Wife happen to Marry before they attain the Age aforesaid that then her Husband shall pay it into the Hands of some of their Friends that they May not be defrauded of it
And if any of my Said Daughters happen to die before they attain the said Age of twenty one years, that her or their Portions shall go to the Survivor or Survivors of them
All the rest and Residue of my Estate Real & Personal Goods & Chattels whatsoever I do give and bequeath to Mary my loving Wife whom I make Sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament and have hereunto set my hand & seal this first Day of April in the year of our Lord God 1730
