This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Bullen Rector of Eastwell in the County of Leicester made this Seventeenth day of September One thousand eight hundred and eighty four as follows
I give devise and bequeath all my Messuages lands tenements and hereditaments and all my household furniture, ready money, securities for money, money secured by Life assurance Goods and Chattels and all other my real and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear Wife Jane Bullen her heirs executors administrators & assigns to & for her and their own absolute use & benefit according to the nature & quality thereof respectively Subject only to the payment of my just debts funeral & testamentary expences & the charges of proving & registering this my Will & hereby revoke all other Wills

Signed published and acknowledged by the said Edward Bullen as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence & at his request & in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses

At Leicester of the Sixteenth day of December 1884 Administration (with the Will annexed bearing date the Seventeenth day of September 1884 but in fact executed on the Fifteenth day of September 1884) of the Personal Estate and Effects of The Reverend Edward Bullen late of Eastwell in the County of Leicester Clerk deceased who died on the Twenty first day of September 1884 at Eastwell aforesaid was granted to Jane Bullen Widow the Relict the Residuary Legatee named in the said Will she having been first sworn duly to Administer No Executor being named in the said Will
