A true full perfect and particular Inventory of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Personal Estate of Francis Burnett late of the parish of Hatherne in the County and Archdeaconry of Leicester Farmer deceased exhibited by John Burnett the natural and lawful son and Administrator of all and singular the Personal Estate of the said deceased follow to wit

This exhibitant saith that the Intestate at the time of his Death was | |||
possessed of a Leasehold Estate under the Master and Fellows of | |||
Christ College of Cambridge for Twenty one years of which there | |||
remained several years to come unexpired and which Estate was | |||
formerly bequeathed to Ann Burnett now Widow of the said | |||
Francis Burnett deceased and which hath been valued at the sum | |||

And this Exhibitant declares that he knows of no other Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Francis Burnett the Intestate deceased than what are contained in the aforegoing Inventory (errors excepted and saving to himself not to be charged with any thing but what hath come to his hands possession or knowledge) but if at any time hereafter this Exhibitant shall discover any further or other personal Estate of the said deceased he will readily charge himself therewith and cause the same to be added to this Inventory

Ann Burnett the Widow and Relict of the said deceased having first duly renounced the Administration of the said Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Francis Burnett deceased
On the Seventeenth day of January 1782 John Burnett within bound was sworn Administrator of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the within mentioned Francis Burnett late of Hatherne in the County and Archdeaconry of Leicester Farmer deceased and that the Personal Estate of the said deceased will not amount in value to 300£
